Tuition Fees for each student to be paid as follows:

1- Registration fees: To be paid upon registration or re-registration (Non-Refundable as directed by Ministry of Education).

2- Full tuition fees will be payable against each semester, regardless of student’s regular / irregular attendance .

3- Student’s guardian will be granted a grace period for 15 days as from the Maturity Date above mentioned. In case of repeated delays, the school may not to register the student for the academic year to come.

4- school enrolled Students to abide with registration period prescribed by the ministry, which ends on 16/04/2020. Missed registration shall be subject to New Registration rules, including all relevant terms, conditions and benefits of such.

Discount granted

1- Fees paid by a parent’s employer, must be supported by a written undertaking by the same employer confirming its commitment to pay prescribed fees for the relevant student as decided for the Academic year 2019/2020. The same undertaking to be provided on day one of the Academic year.

2- A student’s  withdrawal during the Academic year, results the cancellation of the discount granted to the same student.

(A student’s guardian shall pay due installments for the semester attended)

Withdrawal policies

1- Students who fail to join school classes regularly having been dully registered, shall not have the right to claim for the Registration Fees, being non-refundable as per the resolutions of the Directorate of Private Education.

2- Withdrawals for students having joined the school for minimum one day until October 31 shall pay the first installment in full.

3- Withdrawals for students as from November 1 to December 31; he shall pay the first and second installment in full.

4- Withdrawals for students after January 1 to February 28; shall pay the first, second and the third installment.

5- Withdrawals for students after March 1 shall pay full tuitions fees in full.

Delayed enrollment after the commencement of the academic year

In the event a student is enrolled at the beginning of the Second Semester, the  fees of the First Semester will be deducted, as well as, two thirds of the discount granted shall be applicable, in addition, fees will computed against three semesters

Other policies

1- As directed by the General Directorate of Private Education, guardians to enroll their students, excluding cases of dead fathers provided to produce Death Certificate supporting such status.

2- In the case of divorce, please bring a court ruling to prove Guardianship and custody rights for signing relevant registrations.

3- All students shall wear their school uniforms knowing that the school uniform available at the school.

4- All students shall abide with to school attendance from the first day of school, absenteeism  for 15 consecutive days without acceptable excuse, on the 15th day, School to drop absent student and have his seat occupied by another student.

5- If the academic year comes to its end with having fees settled by a student’s guardian, the school shall not be committed to keep the same student registered for the academic year t com, and the school may legally claim its dues.

6- Guardian is not entitled to claim any financial payment for filming his sons in an advertisements, as school normally shoot student during school activities, if the Guardian does not want ads for his son/daughter, please provide the school with a letter confirming such content in the beginning of the Academic year.
